For past 27 days internet is completely shut off for all Iranians. But a selected regime backed group granted access via “white SIM cards” just to spread propaganda. It’s only fair if X shuts down their accounts, or at least labels them as state media or propaganda. @elonmusk @nikitabier
On World Water Day, it is deeply ironic that the risk of a real water war, including attacks on desalination plants, is rising in one of the driest regions of the world. Weaponizing critical civilian infrastructure violates international humanitarian law. Political leaders and the international community must act now to stop this. The consequences will extend far beyond the region.

اگر یک جریان سیاسی میخواهد «قدرت» بسازد، نباید فقط مرزبندی کند، بلکه ائتلاف بسازد. باید سرمایههای اجتماعی را مدیریت کند. یک جریان بالغ میفهمد که حتی اگر با دیگران اختلاف فکری دارد، نمیتواند آدمهایی را که بخشی از اعتماد عمومی، شبکه ارتباطی و توان بسیج اجتماعی دارند را نادیده بگیرد یا حذف کند. با آنها گفتوگو میکند، بر سر حداقلها به توافق میرسد و سرمایهی اجتماعی آنها را وارد یک بلوک بزرگتر میکند. حذفگرایی شاید در کوتاهمدت کار کند، اما در بلندمدت فقط تنهایی میآورد. تخریب چهرههای اثرگذار، فقط آنها را تضعیف نمیکند؛ کل میدان را فقیر میکند. نتیجهاش میشود چند گروه کوچک، پراکنده و فرسوده که هیچکدام توان ایستادن مقابل یک قدرت سازمانیافته مثل جمهوری اسلامی را ندارند. سیاست موثر یعنی هنر تجمیع نیروها، نه حذف. اگر نتوانیم سرمایههای اجتماعی همدیگر را تحمل و تبدیل به ائتلاف کنیم، پیش از آنکه رقیب ما را شکست بدهد، خودمان خودمان را کوچک کردهایم.
