We experienced a DDOS attack. Network engineers mitigated the attack and have taken further actions to remedy future attacks. All services are functioning normally at this time.

We are preparing our North Carolina data center for Hurricane Florence. Our data center features Battery and Generator backup power and we will be watching the path of Florence and where landfall occurs. In the event of dangerous weather, we will run a limited staff.

Currently all services are now operating normally. The network slowness only occurred in localized areas on the East Coast. Overseas, mid west, west coast and Canada connections were not affected.
