That hotel’s been closed since 2009. We went to have a look over the weekend. No renovation work is going on. It’s long-abandoned. So it’s either fly-tipping, or the waste has been waiting 17+ years to be picked up. Which is it? Regardless, many locals told us a priority for them is getting their area cleaned up.
