When I began writing @RobotRhapsody in 2024, as a social commentary about #AI and its disturbing effects on human life...it was not yet even at the crushing level it is now. Things have worsened. Some plot points I merely imagined as 'thought experiments'...have already come true. A bit scary and surreal. 😐 Yet... seeing the huge backlash today, related to the games on #SteamNextFest brings me some hope. It was nearly unaminous. People do not want this. Most especially not in art. #SteamGame #NextFest2026 #Indiegames #ArtByHumans

@JamesRoseNYC @TheDavidVinc And, its not even a case of "old games bad". Its just the effort the *player* has to do would do people in. Making your own maps alone is enough to end it for most lol. Ultima 2 and 3 in CGA on DOS is an experience that has never been recreated.

@SaGa_NeilB People who cant take criticism and demand positivity always are a real problem in any space. Alot of them have uncoachable syndrome, or are very sophomoric. Nothings perfect. Deal with it. Learn from it.
