CSAFP GALVEZ targetting a specific group to please Mr Duterte and secure him a cabinet position is CONTRARY to the AFP Transformation Roadmap’s Multi-Sector Governance Initiatives to ensure good governance. He should NOT alienate stakeholders.
What's the context of Gen Galvez's statement here? If he is referring to the time before Oakwood incident then I'd understand. But if he's talking about the Magdalo today then I guess he is gravely mistaken.

When CSAFP GALVEZ was a junior officer, he participated in the 1989 coup which resulted to more or less 100 casualties, half of which are civilians, and hundreds wounded. CSAFP GALVEZ has a very dark side.
