Some of y'all are going to hate me for this. And, luckily, I don't give a damn. You run a cook group. But have been marketing it the same way you used to market in 2020. Your sales are stagnating. And you're surprised? Play smarter, buddy.
Never estimate the power of your visuals. Visuals trigger the customers' emotions. That's why it should be on point! When creating visuals for clients, we always consider the audience's POV and how they would react to them. Sells > Looks cool Here's a quick before and after:
Giveaways alone will not boost your sales. "Who's here" tweets are a thing of the past (or at least I hope they become). "Bot PR" is a confusing term we should eradicate. Support relevant sites or become an irrelevant bot. Sneaker market is not dead; your morale is.
I am not going to pretend that every client we've worked with has been a success story. We've worked with clients who we couldn't help achieve their desired outcomes. The slow market is affecting us all. It's a game of patience. And not everyone will weather the storm.

Been talking to bots and cook group owners. They're complaining that sales are slow. Yet they have no email nurture sequence. No Tiktok funnel. An unimpactful Twitter content strategy. And you're surprised that you're struggling?
Sneaker Bot Owners: Your ideal customer is on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat... everywhere! Their attention is all over the place. They follow thousands of pages. And mindlessly scroll through their timeline every day. Desperate for interesting content.
"Why would my target user pick my bot among the dozens of other bots available on the market?" The answer to that question will help you craft your unique selling point (USP), which you can then leverage to attract new users. Selling is an uphill battle with a USP.

Do not leave the entire fate of your bot's sales and marketing in the hands of an inexperienced 'PR'. There is a reason they're only charging you <$300/m. Top bots spend tens of thousands annually on marketing. While you opt for budget options. Your priorities are mixed up.
To build a top bot, you must work with the best. Hire the best. Partner with the best. Acquire the best users. You naturally attract the rest of the market when surrounded by the best.
Unfortunately, most bot owners don't think that way. They look to save up in the wrong areas. They believe they're helping, but ironically become the main reason behind their bot's downfall.
So when you're at the top, the right course of action is to double and triple down on marketing, not cut the budget. Expand the gap between you and your competitors. Your dominant position permits you to take specific actions your competitors are incapable of taking.
