@JustCallMe_Seth Cross up, throw, wait for the ex portion of it to end. He's burning 25% to go for it so that adds up over time. Disengaging is the most solid thing to do. It def a move that probably puts him top 5 but I think people will get used to it. He's incredibly average without it imo

Returning characters in Street Fighter are almost always not gonna play like you remember in the previous title, especially SF6. This is why I absolutely would NOT want Hugo and the same reason why I don't like Sagat in SF6. That is NOT Sagat, that's down MP green eye patch guy
