We are excited to share a new partnership with @CumbernauldAcad! A group of passionate educators took part in our @sqanews #MentalHealth learning programme, exploring #stress, #attachment and ways to build meaningful relationships through a lens of IPNB. This is just the start though as we now build on that knowledge to support their #Mentors, as after summer, their school #community will open The Bothy! #Relationships #Courage #Connection🌱💙🧠

Sunshine, team games, conversations and some brilliant young people at @BellahoustonAc. Our mentors, @LisaAnne031 and @LeeDavidson33 🦋 were in delivering Kitbag sessions and staff training as part of the transition support for young people moving from primary into high school. We took it outside, built some connections, had a few laughs, and gave the young people a chance to get to know the team they’ll be working with. Transitions matter. Starting that relationship early matters even more. We recently created a short video from @The_Bothy, capturing the voices of the young people who take part in our interventions. Their words say more than we ever could🌱 They share how the space makes them feel safe, listened to, and understood, and how the time they spend here helps them build confidence, navigate challenges, and feel more hopeful about themselves and their futures. Our bothy is more than a place; it's a calm, supportive environment where young people can be themselves, be heard, and take positive steps forward at their own pace.
