As part of the General Council of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), which brings together leaders of business organisations from more than 150 countries, the IOE hosted a High-Level Employers’ Panel on 31 May 2026, at the International Labour Organisation headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The panel explored how businesses of all sizes are navigating an increasingly volatile global environment marked by conflict, geopolitical tension, and economic instability. Khulekani Mathe as the IOE Management Board Member, participated alongside CEOs and Presidents of IOE member employers’ organisations, together with a senior official from the World Bank.
