Event voting changes: now if some CTF missed 18 months window their weight still starts from 0 but max voting weight is kept.

Missed a date. Ten years ago on 03.05.2012 the first CTFtime user was created.
2021 is over and the best teams are: perfect blue (@pb_ctf), organizers and Super Guesser (@SuperGuesser)!
We fixed a bug with team name parsing (sanitizer was too strict) and updated some scoreboards - there can be slightly changes in 2021 team ratings.
Wanted your team alias to be displayed at scoreboards instead of team name? Now you can (not before cache expires though).
Now organizers can edit events after approval. Still require moderation after editorial. Also, you can mark an event as "casual" and it will not get any rating weight.
If you wanted to join empty team for long time and request was in "pending" status - check it at your profile page now. ctftime.org/profile All the pending requests created pre 2020 will be autorejected soon.
Important changes in 2021+ event weight voting: now only teams who participated at least in 2 events can vote. Votes accepted from members who joined those teams before the event.
