Larry Krasner is the Soros-backed district attorney of Philadelphia who loves to threaten ICE agents with arrest while letting dangerous criminals out of jail. In a stunning turn of events this week, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court accused Krasner of misrepresenting the facts of cases in his quest to dismiss charges against criminals. They also imposed an embarrassing new rule on him. Going forward, when Krasner wants to dismiss charges and let someone out of jail, the case is required to be reviewed by the state attorney general’s office. This is way overdue, but it’s great to see Krasner get his comeuppance. Source: First Comment

The Department of Education is a pass-through entity for federal dollars. It doesn’t educate a single student or hire a single teacher. The money it sends to states for education can be sent directly, without waste.

The result was cheaper, more abundant, and more reliable energy for Americans. Solar and wind growth has been driven largely by massive subsidies, mandates, and other government preferences hundreds of times larger than the R&D subsidies shale ever received. The result has been more expensive energy and a growing reliability crisis.
