@iamcg83 The track that will attach probably won’t have a center spine so needs lots of dense support to handle the high positive G’s that will probably be experienced in this spot. The little side supports will probably be for catwalks.

Update on Millennium Force: The ride’s manufacturer (Intamin) directly supplies the seat belts to Cedar Point, and it has been identified that they are shorter than the manufacturer’s specifications. We are working with them to replace the belts in the coming weeks.

@AmusementInside In those cases, I feel Gravity Group’s precut track is the best option for preserving the wood structure while also providing a fun thrilling ride that’s interesting and not boring. Though I suppose the RMC track could replicate the original profile since it’s all steel. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@AmusementInside Counterpoint: several Dinn woody layouts were modified and trimmed within a couple of years of opening because the original layouts were too aggressive for the track and trains to handle. See: Texas Giant, Mean Streak, Georgia Cyclone, Hercules, etc.
