My flight DL0131 Munich to Atlanta was delayed 2 hrs bc they had to paint the plane and now the jet bridge is broken in Atl. Stuck on the plane and about to miss the connection I was already rebooked on! Never fly @delta again!!

Been waiting on @Avis for 45min to give me a car. I’m a preferred member who reserved my car weeks ago. How does this happen?! Why do you allow reserved cars to be rented out? This is unacceptable!!!

On @SouthwestAir flight 4518 from Atl to Hou and returned to gate bc a passenger decided to get off. Been sitting a gate for 1.5hrs and counting. This is bullshit!!
