I applaud the management of that restaurant for posting that note to fight for their wait staff’s survival. If I see one like that around, I’d be happy to dine in..

@Violet88188 @GeorgeMgoblue07 @KhanSaba1278 Restaurant businesses are cutthroat businesses. You have to hire the best chefs and keep them happy. Wait staff is for temporary workers, mostly students. They rely on tips. I don’t go out and have expensive dinners unless it’s a special occasion in which case I can be generous.

If you don’t pay them enough, they might have to work as a stripper to pay for the full time expenses while working part time. These are your daughters trying to attend full time college or single moms trying to raise their kids.
