Hey Oleksandr, Sorry you’ve been having verification issues, I can imagine how frustrating it is. This is usually caused by an issue with the Arkose captcha during the verification step. If your plugin verification is failing, a few things worth trying: Use a supported, up to date browser Restart your browser and clear your cache Try a different browser or network Make sure domains like *.arkoselabs.com and verify.figma.com aren’t being blocked Check that the Arkose service is active on your side These steps often help resolve verification issues. If this doesn’t sort it, let me know and I’ll help you take the next step 👍

Hey there, Just so I understand what you’re looking for, are you thinking of a fully shared pool across the team, or more flexibility around adding extra credits when a few users need more? Teams can have a shared pool of AI credits by purchasing an ongoing subscription or enabling pay-as-you-go billing. These shared credits are used after individual seat credits run out, and admins can manage who has access and monitor usage to prevent interruptions. It’s available on Organisation and Enterprise plans, with Professional plan support coming in May 2026.
