2) This #rustlang workspace project will do that portion of the app It is written in Rust using Actix Web and SqlX so it can be as fast as possible while still being memory safe Take a look if you're interested in large Rust projects

1) Dechat will be multichain Ive now worked at 3 web3 related companies and feel certain that people like the chains they are on and don’t want to switch If Dechat is to survive it will have to acknowledge that and support multiple chains
