So my takeaways are, 1. If we have a disability we don’t have to apologize when we harm people. 2. You can’t be racist if you have a disability. 3. As a Black person I should have an unlimited capacity of empathy, grace and understanding while receiving none. 4. Impact of our actions don’t matter as long as that wasn’t our intention. Did I miss anything?

i’ve been working at Walmart for 15 years. people sometimes look at me like i didn’t “make it” in life. but this job paid the rent, kept food on the table, and, most importantly, let me send my son to college. he’s studying engineering now. every time a customer rolls their eyes at me, i remind myself: I turned $14 an hour into my kid’s future. that feels like success to me.

The fact that again, black Brits are making their own TV series (with a USA company no less) but not having any Black American actors in it (as far as I know), proves that when they came to the US and took our precious roles, they never ever ever had any intention of joining with us, it was only to take from us, and prevent us from telling our stories.
