My response to the @HoustonChron endorsing Texas Supreme Court Justices Blacklock and Bland below. “While I commend the Chronicle’s Editorial Board for endorsing Christine Vinh Weems, their decision to endorse Justices Jimmy Blacklock and Jane Bland is indefensible. For the Editorial Board, Blacklock and Bland’s support for extreme rulings that endanger the lives of Texas women and families may be just a single data point, but for everyday Texans, those rulings are the difference between life and death.”
