Training I train for muscle, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Not just size - but internal strength, control, and mobility. Nutrition / Feeding This has always been a game changer. You don’t need extreme bulk diets or to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. Just understand timing, portions, and digestion. Smart eating > strict starving. Discipline / Neatness Discipline is consistency. Neatness is presentation - shave properly, train clean, and maintain good personal hygiene. Even your socks, shoes, and overall appearance matter. They play a role in your confidence and presence.
