A Model Y driver started experiencing a medical emergency with chest pain mid-drive & called his son. His son then remotely rerouted the car – which had FSD Supervised enabled – to the nearest hospital & let them know the vehicle was en route. ER staff were standing by on arrival. Doctors later confirmed the quick reroute likely saved his life.

The latest NHTSA report has just come in. Tesla reported one new incident this month. It occurred earlier in April, when the Robotaxi was stopped and rear-ended by a truck. Tesla is therefore not at fault. The previous report already listed two other incidents in March in which

Tesla is therefore not at fault. The previous report already listed two other incidents in March in which the Robotaxi was also stationary and rear-ended. As a result, there have been zero incidents since the beginning of February 2026 in which the Robotaxi was at fault. Let that sink in! Zero incidents where FSD was at fault for the last four months (June’s data will be released next month). I’ve attached a simplified view of the NHTSA data if you’d like more details. @elonmusk @aelluswamy Amazing job! You guys are cooking!

I bought SpaceX stocks not for sale, but as tokens to remember that there are brave people determined to take humans to space for the last 25 years. Many big companies went public during that time, like Google, Facebook, etc. But these brave people did not pursue hot trends and money, but only one singular goal — a multi-planet civilization. Today is the day to remember and honor their valor and perseverance.

You think of the groundhog as the thing wrecking your garden, but much of your local wildlife depends on them. A groundhog digs burrows that run up to 40 feet of tunnel with multiple rooms, and when it moves out, half the local wildlife moves in. Foxes raise their pups in old groundhog dens. Rabbits, skunks, opossums, weasels, chipmunks, and snakes all shelter in them. One Wisconsin study found 20 different species using woodchuck burrows. And all that digging churns and aerates a huge amount of soil, pulling subsoil up, mixing in nutrients, and opening the ground so rain soaks in instead of running off. It does for nothing what gardeners pay a tiller to do. It might eat your lettuce, but it also built the den your fox family lives in. Let the groundhogs do their thing.

$SPCX: Thoughts on SpaceX IPO (typos corrected from pre-mkt post) The company says its total addressable market is the largest “in human history,” at $28.5 Trillion. But this requires SpaceX to be thought of as a vertically integrated AI and connectivity infrastructure platform versus the rocket and satellite company which it is today. The $28.5 Trillion TAM Breakdown is as follows AI $26.5T: Enterprise Applications ($22.7T), AI infrastructure ($2.4T), consumer subscriptions ($760B), ads ($600B) Connectivity $1.6T: StarLink Broadband ($870B) and Starlink Mobile ($740B) Space $370B: Traditional launch services and space-enabled solutions Elon Musk is the Thomas Edison of our generation and SpaceX also has no other comparable in the technology industry at this scale. But unfortunately, the SpaceX IPO valuation at ~90x CY25 revenues at a IPO price of $135 is priced as such. $TSLA, another Elon Musk company, is valued at 16x CY25 revenues as a comparison. For those that think valuation does not matter given this is a long-term play, I would point to the $ARKK innovation ETF as a warning. Since its peak on 2/12/21 during the Meme stock mania through 6/11/26 (yesterday), it is down 51% including dividends. $TSLA is up 47% during that time but the S&P is up 103% including dividends. Revenue growth at SpaceX also slowed from 35% y/y in C24 ($14.0B) to 33% in C25 ($18.7B) to 15% ($4.7B) in the most recent quarter while the Net Income losses increased from $4.9B in C25 to $4.3B in just Q1:26. Free Cash Flow losses also increased from $14.0B in CY25 to $9.1B in just Q1:26 driven by capex increasing from $20.7B in CY25 to $10.1B in just Q1:26. SpaceX says that multi-hundred-billion-dollar capital expenditures over the next five years will be required to build the infrastructure—specifically data centers and AI training capacity— to chase this theoretical market. The stock market is clearly not responding well to $GOOGL (down 6% in June month-to-date through 6/11) or $AMZN (down 11% in June mtd through 6/11) raising capital to chase this market or to $ORCL results where capex guidance was higher than expected (down 18% in June mtd through 6/11 and 9% yesterday). $META’s stock is down 15% since raising capex and operating expenses on their Q1 results on April 29th vs the S&P up 4% through June 11th. Meanwhile, SpaceX will be pivoting their business to compete with the established hyperscalers above as well as enterprise software companies while currently not having a leading AI model. In addition, I worry that the large sums of money that have already been raised by others in the equity market such as Google is reducing the amount of capital available to everyone else. Money looks infinite right up until it doesn’t. Between SpaceX, then Anthropic this fall followed potentially by OpenAI, there is likely to be $200B in capital raises this year through just these three IPOs. This will put to the test the liquidity available when 30 year treasury yields have reached levels last seen two decades ago. As for SpaceX’s stock, I expect the stock to trade well initially given it is likely to be added to different indices soon after going public such as the Russell in 5 trading days, MSCI in 10 and Nasdaq100 in 15. This will result in a lot of forced buying by index funds. In addition, some “closet indexers” in the mutual fund community will market weight the name to avoid the tracking error relative to the indices that they are benchmarked against. After the initial 15 trading days, however, I think it gets a lot more dicey. While Elon always seems to deliver on his forecasts, they are rarely in the time frame initially envisioned. When you are doing things hardly anyone thought possible, this is understandable. Currently the stock is trading at ~$180 in the perpetual futures contracts on Hyperliquid vs the $135 IPO price which already implied ~90x CY26 revenues. I believe the risk vs. reward is very poor at these valuation levels with capex ramping up once you get beyond the initial 15 trading days when it can be added to indices.

If you taxed 100% of Elon’s net worth, confiscated every penny, you could fund the current US government for about… 49 days. We don’t have a revenue problem. We have a welfare spending problem.

A dynamic I’m watching post-SpaceX IPO The market has finally received a direct vehicle for the largest player in the space economy. For years… capital has flowed into proxies. Many such that are retail sweethearts & because investors had no public SpaceX alternative. Now that changes Some institutions will likely rotate capital out of proxy trades and directly into SpaceX. We are already seeing evidence of portfolio rebalancing across the space basket following the IPO. It will continue. Pair trades will surface and hedging will be wound up. However, the more interesting trade may be relative value. As SpaceX moves beyond a $2T valuation, investors may choose to remain long RKLB or ASTS while hedging with a SpaceX short (Just an example, relax) The thesis is.. you own the smaller companies where revenue growth can compound faster while using SpaceX as the valuation hedge. Simple The result is that SpaceX becomes the benchmark Every company in the sector will increasingly be valued relative to SpaceX rather than simply benefiting from lead up enthusiasm. Side note: Anthropic and OpenAI entering the public markets opens an entirely different discussion. While it would undoubtedly be one of the most anticipated IPO events in history, public equity markets can only absorb so much new issuance and distribution. The challenge becomes even more pronounced when the companies seeking liquidity command some of the highest valuation premiums in the market. Capital is not infinite. Every dollar allocated to a new mega-cap IPO is a dollar that must come from somewhere else. As a result, large-scale AI offerings could create meaningful capital rotation across growth, software, semiconductor, & broader technology equities. Long term, the opportunity is likely enormous. Short term, the market’s ability to digest that magnitude of supply is a more nuanced conversation. Have a good weekend 🚀

I couldn’t care less about what career politicians like AOC and Bernie think about Elon becoming a trillionaire. My life is worse because of career politicians and better because of Elon Musk’s products. My Tesla doesn’t need oil changes, I can charge at my house. I’ve saved tons of money owning a Tesla. It’s fun to drive. When my home in Wyoming was being built, internet lines weren’t an option. Starlink saved the day and now I have perfect internet in the mountains. So for any journalist or politician complaining he’s now a trillionaire, I kindly tell you to piss off.
