This is the first rental housing development built in collaboration with the Central Ohio Community Land Trust (COCLT), which will maintain ownership of the land and guarantee the long-term affordability of every unit.
Yesterday, we celebrated Town Square Station with @MayorGinther, @ColumbusCouncil Shayla D. Favor, and other community leaders.
We had 30+ volunteers join us for our second annual Canvas & Cookout! We distributed doorhangers to 425 homes for Franklinton.org & Franklinton National Night Out. Thanks The Refuge & OSU Community Health Worker Program for joining us.

We celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking this week with about 100 guests.
We are the co-developer of Starling Yard, an historic adaptive reuse of the 1908 building that was Starling Middle School, with @WodaCooper. The new development will offer affordable homes for 97 households including 45 units in the historic building, + 52 in 2 new buildings.
