Sadly, I believe the quick vote and recommation stance makes it very difficult/impossible for James to win from here. However, make sure your voice is heard.
I'll be doing similar - more time was spent by the existing board in setting out opposition to the candidate then responding to his significant concerns. Shame on you, @AskNationwide. For those interested, @in_mavericks podcast with @26Left is worth a listen!
Hey @AskNationwide. Good news! I have voted in the AGM. I have voted against the remuneration report, withheld my vote for all directors and voted for the member candidate. You need to improve your governance substantially and I hope all members send a clear message on this.

Also, fear of FOMO by simply relying on a search query (e.g. looking for a 3-bed, but what if they saw a 2-bed with extension possibilities?)...

@MrSandMrJ1 @Markos_mom It’s unlikely that’s the answer with RTI (monthly payroll submissions). It’ll be submitted as a one-off bonus, so the tax should be broadly correct. More likely he is a higher rate tax payer (40%), NI (2%), student loan (9%) & perhaps pension (the balance).
