@thekiranbedi Problem is enforcement and coordination. I'll give you examples why this can't be solved: 1. I live in Gurgaon, no accountability for dusty roads 2. Went to meerut yesterday, stubble burning could be seen from highway 3. wood fire, kooda fire by temporary settlers, you can't stop

@thekiranbedi it's not Delhi's problem.. it's north India's problem... This is not just one state's matter.. this requires coordinated effort and can only be solved by Central government and enforcement.. something will happen when it becomes a matter of election that is highly unlikely
