@LauraTryUK Watched your creatine video. I was taking just 5g per day. Upped it to 10g per day. Bench press in a month from 85kg to 95kg and climbing. Arm dumbbell curls stuck at 18kg to 3 sets of 6 at 20kg. I may try higher but I have to take the big tablets as the powder makes me ill.

@virginmedia I’m not activating your services! We tried to go with you 5 years ago and had the same issues. Left without internet and had to stay with sky. I’ve just signed a 2 year contract with sky as you kept messing us around. Kindly cancel the £16 and come get your equipment.

@virginmedia You owe us £33 for an EE WiFi box we had to get plus not having internet for a week from sky but still paying as you failed to switch. Or we could just cancel the £16. Otherwise you can take me to court and we’ll see how that goes.

@virginmedia 2nd engineer didn’t show and no contact. Phoned and told they didn’t have time. Told they would come next day but this point we couldn’t trust not having internet so cancelled. You now want £16 for a box drilled into our wall we can’t use.

@virginmedia No. You told me a date when the line would be installed. Engineer failed to show with no contact. You switched on that day so no internet. Your call centre told us a permit from council is required then someone else said that’s not true and the engineer are due next morning.

So if the vehicle is ridden by anyone else it can be seized so long as the original rider was warned.

You only need to evidence a warning was given via statement from an officer. I believe a statement for cpw can be anon.

Hopefully you’ll have a pattern. Step 2 based on times the drone unit could be used to help id or follow where the bikes try to escape to and then have a police unit at multiple exits to stop them.

@RoyalMailHelp I am very concerned one of your call staff is having a medical issue as they couldn’t read numbers of a screen correctly. Possibly having a stroke or other issue as they were not making much sense. My ref after 20 attempts is 04640753 please check on him.

He’s blocked me on here and Facebook claiming I’m aggressive when I’m far from. It’s outrageous considering I was giving him the CPN and section 59 ideas which started well then died.
