@TeamYouTube Am I allowed to make a completely new YouTube Channel? If I do is this against TOS or will I be in the clear? Lastly is there anyway someone can send me examples from my now Deleted Channel of Videos that were in violation so I may learn from my mistakes? Thanks, Eric

@TeamYouTube ATTENTION: I never received an original email from YouTube. I still to this day DO NOT understand how or what videos caused Spam, deceptive practices, & scams. I'm also not allowed to fix a problem other than getting the same message from your Team. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!
I’m hoping for a resolution that allows me to continue creating content on the platform I’ve worked so hard to build. Anyone with information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If someone higher up could please help me that would be a true blessing. Thanks, Eric

@TeamYouTube I would like to include some Screenshots I received in the early AM Hours. I'm completely puzzled as to why at 2:17 A.M. CST I lost ownership of my Channel and at 2:38 A.M. CST my Appeal was denied. I'm an honest Christian Guy just wanting to do whats right.
