#ICANN is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Information Communication Technologies Agency (ICTA) (@MDDTAzerbaijan) of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This MoU establishes a foundation for long-term collaboration across key areas of shared interest, including DNS security and stability, Universal Acceptance, and community engagement. Together, ICANN and ICTA will work to promote participation in ICANN newcomer programs, and to support the adoption of Latin Internationalized Domain Names for the Azerbaijani language.
