Physics Bowl: block A is traveling on an inclined plane that has non-negligible friction. It is given an initial velocity v, travels up the incline, momentarily comes to rest, then slides down the incline. Is the acceleration greater on its way up the incline or down the incline?
Physics bowl: how fast is the object in the previous question moving at the bottom of the incline?

Physics Bowl: a ball is launched from the ground at a velocity v, at an angle θ with the horizontal. What is the velocity and the acceleration at the top of the projectile?
PB: Ball A, B, and C are at the top of a cliff of height h. Ball A thrown vertically upward with a velocity v, ball B is thrown horizontally with a velocity v and ball C is thrown vertically downward with a velocity v. Compare the time of flight for each and their final speeds.
PB: ball A is rolled horizontally off of a table. Ball B is dropped from the same height. Which ball will reach the ground first and why?
