Human psychology in a bear market and why the majority will get trapped (and why I maintain a bullish outlook for the medium term). 👇 As I mentioned in my quoted post, every bear market has three macro phases, and one of them is a recovery. Right now, the crowd is waiting to buy at much lower prices, but the market has completed a 5-wave internal structure that is about to mature. The current oversold conditions are extreme: $ETH has hit its all-time low on the daily RSI. At this point of psychological capitulation, any positive catalyst—whether it’s an unexpected turn in Iran’s geopolitical tensions or key regulatory progress like the Clarity Act—will act as the spark to ignite the markets. What happens next? The same old script: Prices will pump, and those waiting for lower targets will watch the train leave the station. FOMO kicks in. The higher the price goes, the more people will believe the bear market is over and will buy. When $BTC approaches or crosses $100k, absolute euphoria will return, and people will expect new highs (exactly like in 2021 when it reached $69k). And right there, when the retail crowd is fully involved and euphoria peaks... the real macro crash will hit. If you lived through previous cycles, remember this: How many people do you know who bought near the all-time high, believing a 55% drop had been fully recovered? People were already talking about $100k back in 2021. History doesn't repeat itself, but it rhymes, because human emotions are persistent and repetitive. Right now, the consensus is clearly bearish. The price might go sideways for a bit or experience another minor correction, but I highly doubt we will reach new lows. The market rarely rewards the majority.

Finally someone who actually studies! Yes, it might be less common for some, but a 5-wave A is exactly how a standard zigzag (5-3-5) begins, so it's completely valid within the theory. Crypto markets are evolving and don't have to copy-paste a 3-3-5 flat in every major correction. Geometry changes, but the macro destination remains the same. Let's see how it plays out!

@BundleUponYou @nobrainflip According to my analysis, the A wave in 2021 was a 3-wave ABC movement, while this current A wave has been a 5-wave structural drop. That’s why 2021 took less time. Different internal geometry (3-3-5 vs. 5-3-5), but the macro structural result ends up being the same.

This is the most standard token distribution process in early-stage projects. A huge portion of those wallet movements aren't actual market dumps, but rather operational transfers: dev team payments, market maker liquidity provision, marketing campaigns, or OTC (Over-The-Counter) deals. If all that volume were direct market sells into the order book, the price would have completely capitulated by now due to the liquidity impact. It’s crucial to differentiate operational cash flow from project capitulation.

Since Wave 1 cannot be fragmented, we are purely focusing on validating this downside. If it reacts and triggers a Wave 3 impulse, this could be the perfect entry point. It is a high-volatility, micro-cap asset, but there is real value behind it: it sits right in the middle of the AI narrative boom and is backed by top Silicon Valley investors like Sam Altman (OpenAI) and Palantir founders. This is not a meme; it is a project with real on-chain data utility. The AI narrative is setting the market pace these days, and as a rule, capital usually rotates across different assets within the sector. An asset with only a $38M market cap is very risky, but with an upcoming altcoin rally and the AI narrative taking off, this could hit incredibly hard.
