Time for a new weekend update on $BTC. This is going to be a long-read, but make sure to read it, because it will definitely be worth it. Alright, so let's begin. In my last update on $BTC, I've highlighted the fact that the price could reject at the 1d Bull Market Support Band, which has been a strong reversal spot over the last couple of months, and the price did exactly that. Since then, the price broke below the high-timeframe support range marked in green, which has been a strong reversal spot over the last couple of months, which is a clear sign of weakness. In my last update, I highlighted that the price managed to reclaim this range and I said that it was a clear sign of strength, but it seems like the breakout has been just a brief deviation above it to flush the shorts on the short-term. From a structural perspective, I believe that the most likely outcome remains further downside on the low-timeframes towards the lows at $60K, to fully flush the remaining longs there, as seen on the Liquidation Heatmap. Looking at the Longs/Shorts ratio, we see that there are much more shorts that longs on a ~8% move up/down. There are about $5B shorts that would get liquidated on a 8% move up from these levels and about $2B that would get liquidated on a ~8% move down. However, we have most of these longs currently sitting at $61K, which is why I believe that we could see one final flush on the low-timeframes before a potential reversal to the upside. I still remain somewhat bullish here, even though I'm cautious, because as seen on the on-chain data, while the price has been going up, the funding rates have been going down over the last couple of weeks, signaling that bears have been doubling down on their shorts from a mid-term perspective, signaling that they believe further downside on the mid-term is the most likely outcome. This is why I believe that on the mid-term, this setup is currently setting up to be a durable bottoming formation before a reversal to the upside.

As I mentioned last week I think its a risky setup given the overlapping price action and the selling pressure to likely come in the next few months with $SPCX lockup Could be just a backtest + finding support but getting close to where buyers need to show up. Don't want to see a close <$75 for the month...

If you feel like you've "missed out" on the SpaceX $SPCX IPO because its up +40% since Friday then you have a lot to learn about investing Investing is not a game of catching every move. It is a game of patiently waiting for situations where the odds are meaningfully in your favor. This is not one of them. Look elsewhere.

To all the “rEveNuE is biggER maRKet cAP smALLeR” guys out there, the market doesn’t give a shit about your pitty comparisons The market is forward looking. Back in 2021 Tesla mcap was 20x the mcap of VW, and had 10x lower revenue Mcap today still holds waaay higher. Why? Cause the market is thinking about how much a company will do in the future, how many technological advancements will it bring, how much it will reshape our reality NOT how much of the same shit it will do again and again each yesr, repeatedly, as revenue, which these old companies copy and paste from each other - they peaked a long time ago cause the did most of the technological advancements in the past Now picture what SpaceX can do in the future, but take note of Starlink and xAi included in the mother company. I think SpaceX and Tesla will be top 2 companies by 2034.

Google generates nearly 20x more revenue than SpaceX. If it traded at SpaceX's valuation multiple... Google would be worth around $45 trillion.
