I am so insanely proud of @lekukie_ for overcoming numerous hurdles to accomplish something truly incredible! This is easily one of the most deserved speedrunning records ever. Can’t wait for the TAS tie grind!

After 7 years, I've finally done it. 4:54,365, I'm the first ever brazillian to have untied WR in any% of smb1, and it's way better than I ever expected to have it be. HOWEVER, the grind is not over. There are still 6 frames to be saved until I'm done. Stay tuned! :)

LeKukie JUST GOT A NEW SMB1 ANY% WORLD RECORD with 4:54.365. This guy has been going for untied world record since 2020, this is 6 YEARS in the making. Nobody in this game deserves this more than him. I'm so unbelievably proud of you @lekukie_ <3

I am so immensely proud of @lekukie_ for finally getting a 4:54 in SMB1 after years of effort! There isn’t anyone else who deserves it more, and I am so happy that he is finally getting his flowers. Kukie has what it takes to get the WR, and I am wishing him the best of luck!

I GOT 4:54.831! It only took 2 derusting sessions to get this. I can fully focus on gettin WR now. Great things are to come soon! Video in replies.

A week ago, I missed getting a 4:56 in Super Mario Bros. by a single frame: 4:57.011... This time, I tied the fastest high 4:56 currently on the leaderboard with a 4:56.844! Couldn't be happier to have this as my final SMB1 Any% PB!
