@flyscoot we lost a bag after a flight from The Gold Coast to Phuket on July 23. Our bag is still stuck in Singapore. We have a tracker in the bag (it’s in the airport) and for some reason no one can seem to help us. Help us please!

@auspost, I had a package coming for Easter, but something stuffed up. I can see through tracking it is bouncing between Brisbane and the Sunshine coast. It was supposed to be one-day shipping and is now over a week! How do I fix this?
