@AlienwareTech e.g. one issue was random wifi connection drops. I saw hundreds of people posting online all reporting the same problem. I was wondering if you could help me get an idea how many Dell XPS systems with Killer wifi cards contact Dell Support after purchase because of wifi drops?

@AlienwareTech Hi Susanna, I'm not returning my product. I had some problems with my laptop but I got it all fixed. When I was searching online for solutions I noticed that a lot of people were having the same problem and they were mentioning that Dell's support couldn't help them.

Thanks @Alienware @AzorFrank I decided to order the new Alienware m15 instead of the XPS 15. OLED 4k (super accurate color reproduction) 1.7 mm key travel! 4.7 lbs (reasonable) Super cool looks! I'll just wait for the white one to get released.

I recently picked up a XPS 13" (9380). As a programmer dealing with a lot of small code text, I care a lot about the screen quality (4k UHD is a must). The screen, keyboard, size, and performance on 9380 are 10/10. I can't wait to pick up a 2019 XPS 15 when it's released.
