@stelzner_n1150 Alcohol increases estrogen even in moderation. I think that he over did it by saying that it “ruined his next 3 days” that would only make sense if he was talking about downing a whole bottle of vodka in one night 😆 but I don’t enjoy alcohol anymore, it makes me depressed.

i'm in a really bad place mentally. i just keep thinking i don't want any of this anymore. this life i have been building. it'll all go to shit & i'll be a huge disappointment again eventually, because that is the type of person i am. so why wait? i hate these intrusive thoughts.

The best life decisions I ever made was giving up alcohol over 26 years ago I became a successful racing driver I have consistently kept fit going to the gym 4-5 times a week I built a successful business I enjoy life and rarely get stressed and can deal with it open minded if I do I have a heart value defect from birth that shows no change at annual appointments I meditate daily Now I can hear the people saying “that’s boring” and “it helps me relax” Believe me drinking does not help you relax it just destroys seeing the true essence and beauty life has to offer I believe anyone who doesn’t drink or take narcotics can have anything they wish for out of this life If you do one thing this year STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL 🙏

@sentrapilot I couldn’t agree more, there’s no way that I could ever be the person that I want to be if I kept drinking booze. It’s crazy that you have to explain this to people for why you don’t want to drink. People look at you like you’re crazy for turning down a drink.

@rexjonesnewz It’s good too see people drinking less. Alcohol is legal poison that destroys so many lives. The short buzz isn’t worth it, I’m glad to see alcohol culture declining.
