When comparing two bulbs on a 220VAC supply, the one with higher wattage consumes more energy. In this case, the 100W bulb consumes more than the 75W bulb, which is why I'd argue the 100W bulb is brighter. With that said, brightness is measured in lumens. An LED might use fewer watts but produce more lumens than an incandescent bulb. To determine brightness, compare lumens, not watts.
That’s what I like about programming. I like to think and solve problems, not to smash keyboard.
A popular question students frequently ask: How do I get better at solving calculus problems so that I don't freeze up during an exam? Here is my advice. Your best friend will be the homework and book problems the teacher assigns. Treat each homework problem as a quiz question. Time yourself. When you are under a time crunch, things you thought you knew disappear, helping you understand what to focus on when learning the material. Keep notes of the exact moment where you ran into a roadblock and couldn't continue with the problem. If you finish the homework problems or need help solving the homework, look at book problems that are similar in style. Try those. If you are taking an AP class, look up previous AP test questions from previous years on your learning topic. The main goal is to tackle multiple problems independently before consulting answer keys or other resources and to treat homework problems as mini-tests. This won't solve all your problems, but it will help you start on the right track towards understanding the material and preparing you for exams.
