If you've been delaying creating training materials, SOPs, and scripts for new CSRs or your sales team – it’s time to finally get it done. In minutes, not hours or days. Connect Quo using their connector to Claude, and start finally using Projects in Cowork mode (it worth it). You are building a knowledge base of your business. Export recently closed customers’ or qualified leads’ phone numbers from your CRM and ask Claude to extract scripts, knowledge, and the actual approach your CSR used in those calls. Upload contracts, invoice/estimate terms into the same project to align what’s being said on calls with your legal and pricing structure. After that, ask Claude to generate a knowledge base in HTML format (Claude handles HTML formatting better than creating PDF or DOCX), and iteratively improve it based on your vision and patterns pulled from real conversations. Hint: Ask Claude to generate HTML content ready to print in Letter-size paper, so you can easily convert it to PDF.
