Yawn. Only 65.3% of registered voters voted in 2024. 35% didn't vote. 26% of those eligible were not even registered. More than 50% of respondents don't even follow space activities. And questions are worded presupposing some level of space industry familiarity. Beam me up.

The @IIHS_autosafety recently released a set of principles to safeguard the kinds of Level 2 partial automation (driver assistance) systems that are increasingly common on new cars. This week, PAVE will go through these safeguards one by one and explain their roots and rationale.
A study of U.S. truck drivers found those younger than 19 had a rate of fatal crashes per mile traveled 339% higher than those of drivers of all ages, and drivers ages 19-20 had a crash rate 516% higher than those of all ages.
