Not if you care about joint health: "Increased risk of knee osteoarthritis in patients using oral N-acetylcysteine: a nationwide cohort study" link.springer.com/article/10.118… Basically, people prescribed oral NAC for more than 28 days within a year had a higher risk of diagnosed knee osteoarthritis later on. The NAC users had a hazard ratio of 1.42 for knee osteoarthritis, and the 25-39yo subgroup had an adjusted hazard ratio of 3.98 Those are pretty bad numbers. Sometimes... we DO need to oxidize stuff. But I'm not sure anyone really knows the actual mechanism. The researchers speculated something about redox biology or p53 signaling I think So be careful with anything taken all the time

Basically every single human on this planet has a high-resolution video camera in their pocket at this point. If you cannot produce legitimate non-AI video evidence of this kind of outcome, it's almost certainly a fraudulent paper. I mean, who WOULDN'T be filming such an incredible result? Because whey just doesn't taste good without a ton of sweetener and flavoring. There's a few out there using organic sugar / coconut sugar, you can find them. A2 would require a separate supply chain. Do you see much A2 cheese? If not then there's your answer. Someone may eventually do it but it's not an easy lift.

It's exactly a sewage organ, which is why it tastes so bad. The liver is basically your body's chemical processing plant. It is forced to store the waste (especially fat soluble matter) that it can't easily excrete. Eat that garbage at your own risk. Feed it to your baby regularly and prepare for lifelong health problems. Same goes for cod liver oil. Tons of allergies and asthma from it.
