@gemini_mum Hello, Our waste service is facing delays to collections. We understand this may be frustrating and appreciate your patience while we manage these pressures. We are asking residents in Bonnyrigg to take their caddies in and present them on the next scheduled collection when 1/2
@469mr when we will ensure collection. For glass in Bonnyrigg, we are advising residents that we will be back on Monday as we don't want them waiting four weeks". Please present caddies on Friday 12th June. Thanks 3/3
@469mr Councillors and the comms message is going out now on the Newtongrange and Bonnyrigg Facebook groups. The only two routes where we have missed food today is in Newtongrange and Bonnyrigg. We are asking residents to take their caddies in and present them on Friday next week 2/3

@scoosh68 Hello, If ever your street's bins are not emptied, please leave them out and we will aim to collect them the next morning. If it was just your bin that was missed you can report this as a missed bin on the Midlothian Council website - midlothian.gov.uk/xfp/form/239 - Thanks, Amy
