Realistically, better materials, higher compute temps, higher heat quality, recycle waste heat into deuterium depleted water (DDW) production process, outputs deuterium for fusion and DDW which is proven to enhance crop yield as well as human and animal health. AI doesn't need to invent this type of water, just needs to reveal it and help engineer it into reality.

We have no idea how much mass is in the Oort cloud, it could be anywhere from 0.01 earth mass to 10^2 earth masses. It is too dark and far out there for our relatively near-earth telescopes. Water and so deuterium thus fusion fuel there. For planning the utilization and management of resources within our star system, it is essential that we know what is out there in terms of comets and asteroids. These observation points must be made by a swarm of photon propelled "light sail" probes sent out in all directions so that observations can be made of asteroids and comets, in practical timescales, as these objects are able to be observed as they occlude the sun. We must chart the domain of our star system, the entire expanse of the heliosphere and beyond, understanding what is out there more and more light days out. Fission and fusion power resources must be carefully utilized until we understand if and how antimatter production via the swarm and effective utilization are certainly achieved.
