The 25% spending bump nobody's talking about Rep AI analyzed 17M shopping sessions. Here’s the wild part: Returning customers who chat with AI spend 25% more. When AI greets first, 45% engage. Proactive AI recovers 35% of abandoned carts.

Underoutfit had a brutal sizing problem. Customers asked “will this fit?” and vanished. They plugged the hole with an AI concierge that answered sizing questions and chased abandoned carts. The result? +8% conversions, +7% higher AOV.
Underoutfit had a sizing Problem. AI Fixed It. Most eCom operators obsess over traffic. Smart ones fix the leaks first.
What is the strategy for Tinga? We do not know yet, but currently we are building in stealth, at least what I would like to call "hybrid-stealth". More on that later.
3. Building a story: The success of a startup often relies on good storytelling. What story do we want to tell? When you are early stage, it is hard to tell. By building in stealth we will have time to create, iterate and strengthen our story - our own Hero’s Journey.
