@RealSeanithan Honestly, I hardly consider "American cheese" to be cheese in the first place. I happily replace it in any recipe with cheddar cheese as my default, or if I'm feeling adventurous, who knows what I'll decide to use. The one constant is that it will ALWAYS be better than American.
