Keine Ermittlungen gegen Merz und Kiesewetter Die politisch abhängige Berliner Staatsanwältin Kaselow weigert sich, gegen Merz („Drecksarbeit“) und Kiesewetter wegen Billigung von Straftaten aufgrund ihrer Äußerungen in Bezug auf den israelischen Angriffskrieg im Juni 2025 gegen den Iran zu ermitteln. Mit Recht und Rechtsstaatlichkeit hat das nichts zu tun, es ist Willkür. Auch Russland rechtfertigt seinen völkerrechtswidrigen Angriffskrieg auf die Ukraine mit präventiver Selbstverteidigung gegen NATO-Raketen. Wer diesen Angriff allerdings billigt, wird von den Staatsanwaltschaften angeklagt und von den Gerichten verurteilt.

Nach Spanien jetzt auch Italien. Frankreich, Irland, Belgien haben ähnliche Debatten: keine Unterstützung mehr für die völkerrechtswidrigen militärischen Abenteuer der #USA im Nahen Osten. Sehr bald wird die Frage innerhalb Europas auftauchen, wie sich die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hier positioniert! Ich hoffe, an der Seite der Europäer! @battleforeurope
