We need a long-term strategy and commitment to tackling the inequalities that disabled people face. The Gov’ts ‘National Disability Strategy' is a step forward, but does not contain the actions needed to deliver transformational change. We need more ambition, scope and funding.
Last Tuesday we had our try it Tuesday session on Zoom. Our members have a chance in these s sessions to try new things like Yoga or exercises!
Last Saturday our members met at Highfields for our mid month meeting. They enjoyed a walk around the park and the lovely sunshine!
