This might be the first OMOR request since the program started. Why? Because it’s a shitty deal and bad policy. DSM Products paid FDA $559,777 (not including clinical studies) for the privilege of asking them to approve bemotrizinol. If approved, there’s no exclusivity for the sponsor. So, considering it takes ~ one year to formulate sunscreen from scratch, collect stability data, validate testing methods, etc for compliance, I’ll just start formulating bemotrizinol 5.5% now, and by the time this is green-lit, thank DSM Products for the assist as we steal the market they funded entirely.

If @CharlesSchwab doesn’t vote for Elon Musk’s 2025 CEO Performance Award plan, I’ll move all my assets to another brokerage. My followers, many of whom also hold assets with Schwab and collectively own at least hundreds of millions in $TSLA, may do the same. I can’t in good conscience stay with a brokerage that votes against this CEO Performance Award plan that is in my view clearly in shareholders’ best interests. I join @jasondebolt in saying that voting against the recommendations of a board that has delivered extraordinary returns is out of step with retail investors, Tesla employees, and the leadership we invested in to support. We are ready to moves our shares. I hope @CharlesSchwab makes the right call here.

@myhiddenvalue All this would do is give American companies power to raise drug prices in other countries. An argument could be made this is appropriate and fair, but it doesn’t fix the drivers of high cost for innovator drugs: FDA redundancy and middlemen.

@soonerthebettor @myhiddenvalue It is my job to “set” drug prices. They never sell for the benchmark, or anywhere near. Of all comments, this is the only coherent solution proposed. Look no further than Japan or Mexico. But this would mean FDA relinquishing untold power so it won’t happen.
