The @SECGov just proposed rolling back two of the core rules that coordinated price across fragmented U.S. equity venues for two decades. Those rules exist because venues cannot natively reconcile their own quotes. Tokenized markets can solve that coordination in the infrastructure itself: shared standards, observable compliance, verifiable settlement. That's the layer institutional tokenization is built for.
