Detection runs locally. Your files never upload. Emails and phone numbers become tokens before the request leaves your Mac. Hover any token to reveal the original. Toggle off anything you want sent as-is. The model reasons over placeholders. Your Mac holds the mapping.
Fable 5 launched with mandatory 30-day retention. All traffic. I'm using it anyway. With one change. Osaurus swaps emails and phone numbers for placeholders before anything leaves my Mac. Anthropic retains [EMAIL_1]. I keep the original.

A real Mac app. Native Swift, no Electron. GPT-5.5 made the charts. Osaurus read the actual xlsx, ran the analysis, and flagged a total that didn't reconcile.
