Dorcas judge has issued a 24 hours deadline in a second order asking the government what steps have been taken to #PressUnpause in the 39 countries #USCISpause. We are watching if the government complies. The ball is in their field now.

Today, I introduced a resolution to impeach Obama-appointed Judge John McConnell Jr. After a terrorist attack on members of the National Guard, USCIS paused certain asylum and immigration benefit applications submitted by illegal aliens pending additional security vetting.

@StephenM Immigrants are spouses, relatives, employees, coworkers and employers of US citizens. Besides that, as DHS advisor, you should know that in Evenwel v. Abbott SCOTUS explained that representatives serve all residents, not merely eligible voters. Hence, they're constituents.
