Stealth fetcher + proxy rotation is the killer combo, but the rotation is only as good as the pool. Been benchmarking residential providers for 3 months. p50 TTFB across top 3 ranges 440ms to 800ms, and one provider's DE pool sits at <15% session survival for weeks straight. Once you're past Cloudflare, framework choice matters less than what's feeding it.
