@ShamashAran The amount of packages you have to install on a Debain system that way is borderline insane. The fact that package manager are still this incomplete on those main stream distros is a security risk at this point.

Is no one realizing that its "only people who pressed the red button survive" and not "everyone else that pressed the blue button dies" they're not the same. This question is the destination between a low and high trust society. From game theory perspective red is the obvious choice. But it's fundamentally missing the consequences of that choice in a broader picture. Let's assume red wins. Now we have a low trust society with no or low cooperation, which not only culled all the blue ones but also ensured the likely erosion of that remaining society as dictated by game theory to maximize personal gain, even if the cost is a net negative.
