Good question, and we can clear this up. We did retire the old public-app setting in April, and it doesn't lock anyone out of progressing.
Nothing about how you ship or share changed: you can still publish publicly, invite collaborators, and remix apps, with remixes just starting private now unless you invite someone. So your building activity still counts the same way. The best path is to keep creating and keeping your projects live, and your level keeps moving with you.
@eMtoolbox10@Replit You can head over to replit.com/usage to set up your spending budgets under Settings > Account usage > Overage charges. You can set a usage alert that will notify you if your spending reaches the amount that you set!

You can monitor your usage in real time at replit.com/usage, which shows your current billing cycle broken down by category like Agent, deployments, storage, and more.
For a detailed history, you can click "See previous invoices" to get a day-by-day breakdown of how charges were calculated. Hope this helps!
